Attachment B Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Plan LOVELACE TRANSFER STATION RENOVATION AND EXPANSION PROJECT The following mitigation measures were specified in the Final Environmental Impact Report (Final FIR) for the Lovelace Transfer Station Renovation and Expansion Project, and are presented in this plan in accordance with Section 21081.6 of the California Public Resource Code. MITIGATION MEASURES Mitigation Measure No. 4-1: As part of the facility expansion construction, the County should construct a new access drive between Lovelace Road and the Hayre Farms chicken brooding facility. Monitoring Agency: Development Services Division San Joaquin County Community Development Dept. Monitoring Schedule: Construct prior to initial grading for project. Agency responsible for San Joaquin County Department of Public Works Ensuring Compliance: Reporting Requirements: Inspection and Notice of Completion Mitigation Measure No. 5-1: San Joaquin County should monitor traffic at the �- French Camp Road - Airport Way intersection to determine the appropriate type and timing of traffic control measures that may include signalization.
