L <br /> LJanuary 19,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05161A <br /> L4.3 Water Sample Location <br /> ` The 1994 SSS indicates that there was a well that exists in the southwest corner of the subject <br /> property.A water sample was collected and analyzed. However, according to Marie Ann Bacchetti, <br /> no wells exist on the subject property. No wells were observed during a site visit on January 17,2006. <br /> No well permits for installation or destruction were found for the subject property address of 4700 <br /> L West Lovely Road during file review on January 17, 2006. An unsuccessful attempt was made to <br /> contact the neighbors in the vicinity for any recollection of a well being destructed since 1994. The <br /> j well location on the 1994 report may have been an error. No water sample was collected or analyzed <br /> L as part of this investigation,however the results for the 1994 water sample are included in the <br /> appendix. <br /> i <br /> 4.4 Water Sample Constituents <br /> No water sample was collected or analyzed as part of this investigation. <br /> himW , <br /> 5.0 SOIL PROFILE AND GEOLOGIC INFORMATION <br /> L <br /> The Site is depicted on the Preliminary Geologic Map of the San Francisco - San Jose Cenozoic <br /> Deposits of the Tracy Quadrangle, California (1991),is within a region of Quaternary Fan deposits. <br /> ✓_ The unit is composed of gravel, sand silt and clay (Plate 3). <br /> y The surface and near surface soils located at the Site are reported by the San Joaquin Coundy Soil Survey <br /> L to be composed of the Capay clay, 0-2% slopes, Capay clay,wet,0-2% slopes,El Solyo, 0-2% slopes <br /> and Vernalis clay loam, 0-2% slopes (Plate 4) (USDA, 1992).
