CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-24 <br /> Dawang <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-69 was approved by. the Community <br /> Development Department on October 18, 2000, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on April 19, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> i Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley, 468-3161) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment Recorded shall substantially conform to the <br /> Tentative Map dated April 16, 2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property-through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> ! map: <br /> ' (1) Parcel one (1) shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet, and Parcel two (2) shall have <br /> a minimum lot width of 330 feet.
