CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL LA-01-24 Dawang Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-69 was approved by. the Community Development Department on October 18, 2000, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on April 19, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of i Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley, 468-3161) a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment Recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map dated April 16, 2001. b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property-through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this ! map: ' (1) Parcel one (1) shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet, and Parcel two (2) shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet.
