Item No. 3 <br /> PC: 9-17-92 <br /> UP-92-25 <br /> Page 8 <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of the final map to indicate <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin County Planning Title <br /> Section 10100) <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of parishoners the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4100. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system. (California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or be a one-hour fire resistive construction. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any exccvation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />
