(7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> d. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published in Public Works design standards (Section 10.203 UFC). The access road <br /> must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> NOTE: On September 17, 1992, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-92-25 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - UP-92-25 <br />
