Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). E. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). F. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). A review fee of $390 is required at the time of submittal. G. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous material stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) programs. H. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and comply with all applicable regulations.
