She understands what the community needs as far as an education, but she does not want this <br /> in her back yard. She urges staff to reconsider their approval as there are too many items unresolved. <br /> Ximena Araya, 12720 Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton, said she will be affected by this project. She <br /> indicated that her family has worked very hard all of their lives to invest in their long term dream home. If <br /> this project is approved, their privacy will be ruined. Mrs.Araya feels that it was very unfair for staff to even <br /> consider this project. She would like them to find another place for this project. I <br /> Commissioner Carter asked how many acres they farm in that neighborhood. <br /> Mrs. Araya said they farm 8 %acres. They grow cherries, and they use pesticides. <br /> John Miller, 12732 Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton, said he has exactly the same issues as all of the <br /> opponents have stated.
