The Community Development Department will not make a recommendation <br /> on this project until the environmental review is completed. A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section-9-884). <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is to construct a 10,200 square foot building for a <br /> neighborhood church for up to 249 people as shown on the revised plan dated <br /> September 24, 2008. (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood) <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. <br /> If the Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the <br /> issuance of any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> .F <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site.
