The Project will include the construction of a <br /> NODI, 4,680 s ft. addition to the existinghi building, and construction of a 640 s ft. storage <br /> MANTECA, q• worship q' g <br /> RIPON. building.The religious assembly will operate from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM,seven days a week,and <br /> STOCKTON, anticipates having up to two volunteers. The parcel is provided access from North Lower <br /> TRACY, <br /> AND Sacramento Rd. No change is proposed for the maximum number of attendees.The project is <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN located at 12882 North Lower Sacramento Road (APN: 058-070-23). <br /> JOAQUIN <br /> CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REVIEW <br /> SJCOG adopted the 2018 Update to the Regional Congestion Management Program (RCMP) <br /> (http://www.sicog.org/rcmp) on April 26, 2018. Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis <br /> methods, impact significance criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project does not fall under Tier 2; thus, no further information is <br /> required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Lodi Precissi Airpark's Zone 7 (TPZ). Further review reveals this <br /> project is compatible with the 2018 San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan <br /> (ALUCP) (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC). <br /> SJCOG would like to remind the applicant that the maximum non-residential intensity within <br /> Zone 7(TPZ) is 450 persons per acre. <br />
