CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-68 <br /> Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-68 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October `17, 2000, which is the effective date of <br /> approval.This approval will expire on April 18, 2002,which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted <br /> by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COM v1UNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Jeff Fisher,468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed'by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for rescission of the existing California <br /> Land Conservation Contract (also known as the VVilliamson Act) shall be filed <br /> simultaneously with a new California Land Conservation Contract prior to recording the <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment.
