SII-93-02 (TRACT NO. <br /> 2607) OF MELADEE DODDS (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Major Subdivision application to subdivide <br /> in two phases, with a vesting tentative map, three parcels <br /> containing 97 . 12 acres into 42 two-acre parcels and a 6 . 5-acre <br /> designated remainder. The project site is located on the east <br /> side of Lower Sacramento Road, one-half mile north of Collier <br /> Road in Collierville. The project is proposed to be served by <br /> on-site water and septic systems and a metered storm retention <br /> pond, with terminal drainage to Dry Creek. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and will recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that it be approved subject to the following tentative <br /> recommended Conditions of Approval. The applicant is advised to <br /> contact the Department of Fish and Game, the Forest Lake Fire <br /> Protection District, and the Galt Joint Union School District <br /> prior to the Planning Commission hearing for this application on <br /> July 7 , 1994 , regarding the issues identified in their respective <br /> responses to the application referral for the project. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> approval of the Final Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
