Woodbridge FD. <br /> The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Cale requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> a. The Fire Prevention Division has reviewed this application and there does not appear to be any major problems <br /> associated with the proposed project as submitted. <br /> A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> b. ire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of <br /> l.)Appendix III-A and I11-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> 2.)NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> c. Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards <br /> f and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Cale. <br /> d. ,/ Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 002.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard <br /> adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> c. This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County Surveyors office will file the <br /> neap for record. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468-3380 to schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> t: [his project will potentially servc more than three residences and shall comply with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development IFitic Standard 9-1 150.18, Standards for This project Road Names and Road Name Changes,Public <br /> and Private. Please contact the Communit Develo meat Department at 468-2193 to complete this process prior <br /> to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> g. Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> h Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Cale, Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> i. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or properly <br /> C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> j. Mechanical refrigeration systems shall comply with all applicable codes(ammonia, etc.). <br /> ()ther: Woodbridge Hire District will be requiring the choice of either residential lire sprinklers installed in the homes,or a fire <br /> hydrant system producing 1,504 gallons per minute with hydrant spacing per iters b 1 above. <br />
