Kloberdanz & Associates, an appropriate level of <br /> inquiry has been made into the previous ownership and uses of the property consistent <br /> with good commercial and customary practice in an effort to minimize liability, and no <br />! evidence or indication of Recognized Environmental Conditions has been revealed.
