Describe opportunities to reduce, reuse, or recycle wastewater. Also describe the effect on
wastewater quality of recycling activities.
9. Describe the wastewater system. If possible, show that this method of disposal will not
impact the quality of the underlying groundwater, otherwise propose improvements to the
system.
10. Describe the storage/disposal of all stormwater and domestic wastewater. If septic systems are
used for disposal of domestic wastewater, include descriptions of the septic systems and the
maintenance of the systems. The descriptions shall include the number of users, location,
flow rate, size, and construction materials, as well as leachfield size and location.
11. If additional surface impoundments will be used to store wastewater or regeneration brine,
provide diagrams and a description of the planned impoundment, location, size and depth,
construction materials, inlet and outlets, depth to groundwater below the bottom of the pond,
and existing or planned groundwater monitoring wells.
