MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM _5_ <br /> ALPINE PACKING COMPANY,INC. <br /> WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 7. A scaled map showing relevant structures and features of the facility, the locations of <br /> monitoring wells and any other sampling stations, and groundwater elevation contours <br /> referenced to mean sea level datum. <br /> 8. Copies of laboratory analytical report(s) for-groundwater. <br /> C. Annual Report <br /> The Annual Report shall include all monitoring data required in the monthly schedule. The Annual <br /> Report shall be submitted to the Regional Board by I February each year. In addition to the data <br /> normally presented, the Annual Report shall include the following: <br /> I. Tabular summaries of all data collected during the year. <br /> 2. The results of land application soils monitoring, including a map depicting sample locations. <br /> 3. An evaluation of the groundwater quality at the upgradient of the land application areas, at the <br /> wastewater storage ponds, and at the land application area. <br /> 4. A discussion of compliance and the corrective action taken, as well as any planned or proposed <br /> actions needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with the waste discharge requirements. <br /> 5. A discussion of any data gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or <br /> reporting program. <br /> 6. A summary of the amount of solids generated and disposed. Identify the name of the solids hauler <br /> and the disposal facility. <br /> 7. A discussion of the crops planted and harvested, as well as the crops planned for the next year. <br /> 8. An evaluation of future wastewater flow rates. If within the next two years, the flow rate is <br /> projected to increase above the permitted flow rate contained within this Order, then the <br /> Discharger shall also submit a plan and timeline describing how and when it will obtain additional <br /> disposal land or secure additional disposal capacity within an existing municipal wastewater <br /> treatment plant. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> GARY M.
