(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: Albert and Lorraine Schmidt APN: 070-140-17 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton <br /> Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is.being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional <br /> flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Crider Way Has an existing right-of-way width of 60 foot and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
