MOURFIELD AVENUE (APN 175-150-30 & 471 PA-0500069 (LAI <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments as a matter of information for the applicant: <br /> 1. Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by City <br /> of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with <br /> the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a i <br /> deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City,and pay <br /> the applicable fees. Further,the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved <br /> in the extension of any sewer lateral(s) to serve this project, as required, to meet City <br /> standards. <br /> 2_ The subject area lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities District <br /> 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving City of <br /> Stockton sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District (sign the CFD 90-1 <br /> MOU)and pay the District annexation fee (currently$9,701.67/acre based on the acreage as <br /> determined by the legal map size) prior to building permit issuance.
