MUSSI ET AL <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is requesting a Minor Subdivision, with a Parcel <br /> Map Waiver, to subdivide a 180 acre parcel into four 45 acre <br /> parcels. The site is located on the northeast corner of Muller <br /> Road and Wilhoit Road, west of Stockton (Roberts Island) . <br /> Parcels 1, 2 , and 3 have access by frontage on Wilhoit Road. <br /> Proposed access for parcel 4 is by Wilhoit Road via a 25 foot <br /> easement. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recording the Certificates of Compliance. <br /> The tentative map will expire three years from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> Those conditions followed by a section number or other statutory <br /> requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Development Services <br /> a. A complete application for a Certificate of Compliance is <br /> required for each proposed parcel . <br /> b.
