The address is given <br /> as 3526 Munford Avenue on the mailbox, on a permit on file with San Joaquin County <br /> _ Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), and in SJCEHD's Community Development web <br /> site; however, SJCEHD has the parcel listed as 3506 Munford Avenue in their Parcel Viewer <br /> software. The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property is 17908204, and a map showing the <br /> project location is attached. <br /> The purpose of our study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. <br /> The study was performed in general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-101000 of San <br />{ Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the <br /> proposed development, past and present use of the site, existing septic tank performance and <br /> permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project area. In addition, discussions regarding <br /> our investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration and <br /> i the results of percolation tests are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION/ PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> We understand the subject 1.05-acre project site is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial). The initial <br /> development of the property occurred in 1978 and was for a contractor storage facility. <br /> Improvements consisted of a 3,300 square foot building, paved parking areas, water well, septic <br /> system, and a stormwater pond. The building has a 21700 square foot storage garage and 600 <br /> square foot office area. Two restrooms and a kitchenette were included in the office. Lines of Equal Depth to <br /> Groundwater contour maps published in groundwater reports by the San Joaquin County Flood <br /> Control and Water Conservation District show groundwater levels in the project area ranging <br /> from about 50 to 85 feet below ground surface from Spring 1981 to Spring 1999.
