1 <br /> 1 <br /> Chloropicrin and Chloropicrin in Combination with Other <br /> ' Products (Field Fumigant) Interim Recommended Permit <br /> Conditions, Continued <br /> 1 <br /> Notice of intent The notice of intent(NOI)shall be submitted at least 48 hours before the <br /> fumigation begins and include the time fumigation is scheduled to begin. <br /> Fumigation Fumigations must start no earlier than one hour after sunrise and must end no <br /> ' time later than three hogrs prior to sunset. <br /> restrictions <br /> The fumigation cannot begin sooner than the time listed on the NOI and must <br /> ' begin within 12 hours of the scheduled time. If fumigation does not begin <br /> within the 12-hour period,a new NOI must be submitted.
