The frontage improvements for Myran Avenue and Florida Avenue shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a fifty(50)foot right-of-way local residential street. <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. Service will be provided by the East Stockton Sanitary Sewer System. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 6. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been <br /> paid for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred until <br /> building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required at <br /> the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 7. Payment of 0.91 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcels' capacity to 3.0 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to approval of the Parcel Map. The fee is $3,986.46 per unit for a total required fee of <br /> $3,627.68. <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> Service shall be provided by CalWater. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. Extension of the drainage system will be required,or payment of a <br /> fair share percentage,if the system is extended by others. Service will be provided by the East Stockton <br /> Storm Drainage System. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 10. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). Contact Jenifer Storsteen with <br /> MuniFinancial at(800)700-6864,extension 1534, to determine if there is a current remaining lien that is <br /> subject to the reapportionment process,. Any fees and/or remaining lien payoffs related to the SJAFCA <br /> assessment shall be paid prior to recording of Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/Parcel Map/Final Map. <br /> 11. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240,Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 12.
