This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does <br /> L not meet ASTM E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report. <br /> L1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located at 2820 Florida Avenue and 2245 Myran Avenue,Stockton,California. <br /> L The property, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 119-270-40 and -41, is located south of Florida Avenue, <br /> approximately one-half mile west of Highway 99,and approximately 330 feet north of Waterloo Road. <br /> The subject property is made up of one 0.114-acre parcel and one 0.229-acre parcel,forming an L-shape <br /> lot. The property consists of a residence and vacant land. Surrounding properties are residences,open <br /> L land,and a CentrOmart grocery store. �/• <br /> L According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L,low-density residential. <br /> L Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
