L <br /> LFebruary 1, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05176A <br /> LAccording to information reviewed at EHD,Beacon#27 (Cardlock 610)is approximately one-quartet 3. /-3 60 <br /> mile west of the subject property. In a Site Closure Report dated August 22, 2002, by Doulos <br /> + Environmental,it is indicated that the site is no longer a risk and should be closed. The case was closed <br /> in September of 2003. <br /> Van San Associates is approximately one-eighth mile east of the subject property.A Preliminary Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan by Advanced GeoEnvironmental,dated October 2002,was reviewed at EHD. <br /> According to this report a soil boring was requested to"investigate the potential for contamination at <br /> i the site as the result of the usage of a septic system." No further information was on file for this <br /> property. <br /> L Besotes Trust is approximately one-quarter mile southeast of the subject property. A Preliminary Site / <br /> Assessment Work Plan by Geo-Phase Environmental, dated January 9, 2004, was reviewed at EHD. <br /> According to this report"the boring is proposed pursuant to recommendations contained in a Phase <br /> I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) completed on December 17,2003, and is intended to assess <br /> weather a former underground gasoline tank may have impacted the groundwater." Lab results showed <br /> that levels of Petroleum Hydrocarbons were below the detection limit.No further information was on <br /> file for this property. Based on these findings and distance to the subject property, the environmental <br /> risk associated with this facility to the subject property is minimal. <br /> No additional information was available for the following sites,see Section 3.1.1 for more information <br /> on these sites: <br /> Waterloo Liquors 2512 Waterloo Rd. <br /> Commercial Property 3012 Waterloo Rd. <br /> Waterloo Food&Fuel 3032 Waterloo Rd. <br /> t 3.1.3 San Joaquin County OdSce ofEmergency Services <br /> L The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web site'was searched on January 23, (3 <br /> 2006 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous <br /> materials releases or spills on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property.
