Repair the existing septic system under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division by adding <br /> three 100-foot leach lines. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> (1) The proposed and existing buildings shall be <br /> provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or <br /> divided into areas less than 6, 000 square feet by <br /> area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms to conform with disabled access <br /> requirements (CCR Title 24) . <br /> (3) The sanctuary should be of not less than one-hour <br /> fire resistive construction. <br /> b. A grading permit shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section <br /> 7006 (1) . <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (UP-91-17) <br />
