The proposed facility is to be located at 10800 East <br /> State Route 120 (SR-120), approximately 1,000 feet east from the Austin Foad/SR-120 <br /> intersection. The Department provided comments to the Negative Declaration for the Site <br /> Approval Application (SCH 2006072014 (ND) PA 0600190 (SA)) for this property <br /> location on August 4, 2006. The following comments still apply: <br /> • Future development of this property will include commercial activities with direct <br /> access to this site is from SR-120. The Department requires commercial standards for <br /> each driveway serving a commercial use. Any new driveways as well as theexisting <br /> driveway if used as part of the proposed project, shall be built or upgraded to current <br /> state standards. Where applicable any sidewalk, curb and gutter, or ramp shall be in <br /> compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
