The General <br /> Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). There is an adjacent parcel that also has the <br /> conditional zoning. The 7.64-acre parcel to the west would keep the I-W/S-11 zoning. The <br /> conditional zoning limits the use of the property to recreational vehicle storage and an off- <br /> premises sign.
