If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> j. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> k. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br />
