Martin <br /> 1310 E. State Route 120, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements can not be <br /> modified. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test, 10 foot soil <br /> profile and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required <br /> prior to Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
