4. CALTRANS (Staff Contact: Lynn O'Connor, 948-7575) <br /> a. A right-of-way dedication to 15.24 meters(50 feet)and a pave out of 11.58 meters(38 feet)from the <br /> centerline for State Route 120 fronting the subject property will be required. <br /> b. The existing driveway approaching State Route 120 may need to be brought up to current Caltrans <br /> commercial driveway standards, including sight distance requirements. Please provide a more <br /> detailed plan that clearly shows the geometrics for this driveway as well as other proposed <br /> components. <br /> c. A Caltrans Encroachment Permit will be required for any work performed within the right-of-way, <br /> including all outdoor advertisement signs. Additional biological, archaeological, or other <br /> environmental studies may be required as a part of the encroachment permit application. A qualified <br /> professional must conduct any studies undertaken to satisfy Caltrans' environmental review <br /> responsibilities.
