Hwy 120, Ripon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or <br /> current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, <br /> including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, <br /> corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by <br /> Environmental Health prior to issuance of building permit(s). San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> A review fee of $278 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report (Service Request #SR0075187) on July 5, 2016, that has been <br /> approved. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $278 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$139 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: Prior to issuance of a building permit for a residence on the remainder parcel, a Soil <br /> Suitability Study shall be performed, submitted to and approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department. A review fee of $278 is due at the time of submittal. <br />
