(Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Efrain Castellanos APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 19755 East State Route 120 Highway APN: 205-080-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route 120 has an existing right-of-way width of per Caltrans and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to <br /> finalization of this application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)(Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
