(2) A minimum of ten (10) parking spaces shall be provided,including accessible <br /> spaces. Three(3) spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> g LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> h. SIGNS. The following standards apply to signs in Agricultural Zones regarding produce <br /> stands: <br /> (1) Number of signs: A total of six(6)freestanding and attached signs are allowed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.4(i) (1)) <br /> (2) Size of Signs: Signs shall not exceed twenty-five(25)square feet per sign face. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.4(i)(2)) <br /> (3) Height of Signs: Freestanding signs shall not exceed fifteen(15)feet in height,and <br /> attached signs shall not exceed twenty(20)feet in height. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.4(i)(3)) <br /> (4) Location of Signs: Four(4)of the allowable six(6) signs maybe located off the site, <br /> but no further than one thousand(1,000)feet in any direction from the produce <br /> stand. (Development Title Section 9-1710.4(i)(4)) <br /> (5) Sign Materials and Illumination: Signs shall be constructed of wood, metal,or other <br /> permanent materials. Butcher paper or other temporary materials are prohibited_ <br /> Signs shall not be illuminated. (Development Title Section 9-1710.4(i)(5)) <br /> BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U-3 occupancy to an M <br /> occupancy (U.B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance <br /> with all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical.energy,and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,The <br /> 24). <br /> 2.
