(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Ted Nuce APN: 229-170-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Seidner Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> State Highway Route 120 has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width as required by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 120 <br /> shall be as required by Caltrans. <br /> 2.
