CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500232 (LA) <br /> NORTON,TRJQUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500232 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 22, 2015, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 22, 2017,which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated November 19, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment". The "Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment' shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff contact: Alex Chetley, [209] 468-3000; see memo dated <br /> December 7, 2015) <br /> FOR NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> APN 229-260-28 is under California Land Conservation Contract No. 71-C1-0271.
