CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0027 <br /> NORMA NORTON <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor ' s Office <br /> for review) . (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor ' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcels #1, 32 , and #4 under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115. 3) <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) <br /> parcels #1, #2 , and #4 under a permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110. 3 & 9-1110 . 4) . <br /> C. On parcel #3 refuse, garbage and other solid waste <br /> material must be stored, removed and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 5-2400 (9-1160) . <br />
