!ate CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-94-39 Norton Unleas otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be compiled with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's Office. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a. Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall contain at least ten acres gross (Development Title Section 9-610.2). Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. b. The minimum width of Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be 200 feet (Development Title Section 9-610.4). Parcel widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. C. Provisions for storm water drainage on Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be consistent with Section 9-1135.9 of the Development Title. d. The property line between Parcels 3 and 4 shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from the barn on Parcel 4 (Development Title Section 9-610.5). The barn shall not be used to keep animals, unless it is set back a minimum of 40 feet from the property line between Parcels 3 and 4 (Development Title Table 9-1045.3). e. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) Exterior wails on the barn that are less than 20 feet from a property line shall be . constructed of one-hour fire-resistive material. 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (See the attached memo from Public Works dated September 27, 1994.) 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (See the attached memo from Public Health dated September 26, 1994.)
