!ate <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-94-39 <br /> Norton <br /> Unleas otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be compiled with prior to the approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall contain at least ten acres gross (Development Title Section <br /> 9-610.2). Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be 200 feet (Development Title Section <br /> 9-610.4). Parcel widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. Provisions for storm water drainage on Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1135.9 of the Development Title. <br /> d. The property line between Parcels 3 and 4 shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from <br /> the barn on Parcel 4 (Development Title Section 9-610.5). The barn shall not be used to <br /> keep animals, unless it is set back a minimum of 40 feet from the property line between <br /> Parcels 3 and 4 (Development Title Table 9-1045.3). <br /> e. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior wails on the barn that are less than 20 feet from a property line shall be <br /> . constructed of one-hour fire-resistive material. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Works dated September 27, 1994.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Health dated September 26, 1994.) <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-94-39 <br />
