LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> Order No.: 12014322 <br /> The land referred to herein is situated in the State of California, <br /> County of San Joaquin, in an unincorporated area, described as follows : <br /> PARCEL ONE: <br /> A portion of Sections 3 and 10 , Township Two ( 2 ) South, Range <br /> Six ( 6 ) East , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as <br /> follows : <br /> COMMENCING at a point on the 1/2 section line, 6 . 44 chains West <br /> of the 1/4 section corner of the East side of Section Ten ( 10 ) , <br /> Township Two ( 2 ) South, Range Six ( 6) East, Mount Diablo Base <br /> and Meridian; thence North along a fence and 6 . 44 chains West of <br /> the section line to the Southerly line of the right of way of <br /> the CENTRAL PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY; thence Southwesterly along <br /> said right of way to the 1/2 section line running North and <br /> South through the center of Section Three ( 3 ) , said Township and <br /> Range; thence South to the 1/4 section corner between Sections <br /> 3 and 10 , said Township and Range; thence West along the 1/4 <br /> section line to the Easterly bank of the San Joaquin River ; <br /> thence meandering the Easterly bank of said river upstream to <br /> Walthall Slough; thence up said Slough to a point 15 . 37 chains <br /> West of the East line of Section 10 , said Township and Range; <br /> thence North parallel to said section line, to the 1/4 section <br /> line East and West through the center of said Section 10 ; thence <br /> East to the Point of Beginning . <br /> SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM that certain strip of land <br /> containing 7 . 57 acres , conveyed by ANSEL LITCHFIELD to ALAMEDA <br /> AND SAN JOAQUIN RAILROAD COMPANY by Deed August 31, 1895 , which <br /> said Deed was thereafter filed for record in the Office of the <br /> County Recorder of said County of San Joaquin and was thereafter <br /> recorded in Book A of Deeds , Volume 87 page 474 , of the Records <br /> of the Deeds in the Office of said County Recorder . <br /> ALSO SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM that certain piece of land <br /> 100 by 150 feet , conveyed by ANSEL LITCHFIELD to Reclamation <br /> District No. 17 , by Deed dated February 9 , 1909 , which said Deed <br /> was thereafter filed for record in the Office of the County <br /> Recorder of said County of San Joaquin and was thereafter <br /> recorded in Book A of Deeds , Volume 173 , page 470 , of the <br /> Records of Deeds in the Office of the said County Recorder . <br /> ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM that portion conveyed to State of <br /> California, by Deed recorded October 5 , 1955 in Volume 1796 of <br /> Official Records , page 30 . <br /> ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM that portion conveyed to ROBERT H.
