CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700283(LA) <br /> RICHARD&SARA QUARESMA FAMILY TRUSTIQUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700283 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on January 19, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on July 21, 2019, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated December 7, 2017. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of two (2.0) gross acres in size. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-872.2([e]) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of 150 feet in width (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.4). <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, [2091468-3000.
