CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600416 <br /> Weststeyn <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA 0600416 was approved by. the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 24,2006,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This, approval will expire on February23, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the plan <br /> dated July 20, 2006. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line.
