In some cases,the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service unless <br /> certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly established <br /> parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others without <br /> provisions for irrigation service. <br /> Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may be a concern relative to the District's <br /> ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of irrigation are <br /> desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the.Distriet,prior to the completion of the <br /> process,to detemaine the necessity for changes to the.existing infrastructure, or casements in order to <br /> accommodate the proposed boundary changes.
