PARCEL THREE TO CONTAIN 6,400 SQUARE FEET <br /> 523 OLIVE AVENUE (APN 157-243-06) PA-0700163 (MS) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. Complete frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb,gutter, sidewalk,driveway <br /> installation, pavement widening and street lighting should be installed on Olive Avenue prior <br /> to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on this site. Should installation of these <br /> improvements prove not practical due to existing physical constraints, the owner/developer <br /> should enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement,whereby the owner/developer agrees <br /> to install the required improvements at such time as it is practical. <br /> 2.
