CONCLUSIONS
Under Section(c) of the San Joaquin County Development Title 9-905.12: "Corrective Action: If
the report indicates there are surface and subsurface contamination, corrective action shall be
recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to the issuance of
the building permit." Since no visual environmental concerns that may cause surface
contamination, and no evidence of subsurface contamination was noted on or adjacent to the
subject property, this Update contains no recommendations for corrective action. The date of the
last inspection of the subject property for this SSCR Update was March 13, 2007.
The following general recommendation is put forth:
1. It is my professional opinion that the policies of EHD be implemented with regard to the
on-site domestic well.
If there should be any questions regarding the contents of this document, please contact the
undersigned.
Respectfully submitted, tirti0.
