EACH PARCEL TO CONTAIN 10,238 SQUARE FEET, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ORO STREET, 875 FEET SOUTH OF FREMONT STREET. (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 2) PROPERTY OWNER: Charles and Terry Ellis APPLICANT: S.T.A.N.D. ADDRESS: 516 N. Oro Avenue APN: 143-330-40 INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Oro Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 -feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
