NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated November 14, 2008 that <br /> has been approved. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is <br /> suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> NOTE: <br /> Sample results submitted on December 8, 2008. <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
