CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0500085 <br /> BBR ASSOCIATES <br /> Deviation Application No. PA-0500085 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 5, 2005. The effective date of approval is April 15, 2005. This <br /> approval will expire on October 15, 2006, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. SETBACKS: Setbacks shall be measured from the ultimate right-of-way width. Douglas <br /> Road has an existing right-of-way width of sixty (60) feet and a planned (ultimate) right-of- <br /> way width of sixty (60) feet. <br /> 2.
