,Chandler Martin <br /> -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-05-86 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $4,477.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Retail Services in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$595.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Retail Services. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Pacific Avenue to conform to <br /> Pacific Avenue Specific Plan across the parcel's frontage. An easement deed granted to the City of <br /> Stockton recorded prior to issuance of building permit,can be substituted for the Irrevocable Offer and <br /> Agreement. (A $385.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) <br /> (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.)
