Applicant shall provide a written statement to the Department of Public Works stating whether Surface <br /> Transportation Assistance Act(STAA)type trucks will be used as a part of the proposed operation. If <br /> STAA type trucks are to be used, a letter requesting designation of the proposed facility as an STAA <br /> terminal will be required and the proposed route shall be evaluated as part of the traffic impact study. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the County road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $876.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Warehouse in the Ripon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00433) <br /> 3. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 6. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> 7. The applicant/developer shall pay the fair share for improvements to the intersection of Austin road and <br /> Moffat boulevard. The fair share amount is $16,996.00 6.07% of$280,000. <br /> 8. The applicant/developer shall pay the fair share for improvements to the intersection of Austin road and <br /> Palm lane.
