i . ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply <br /> and shall be shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way <br /> shall be 40 feet maximum. The design of the <br /> driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the <br /> property without entering into the opposing lane of <br /> traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505 . 7) <br /> (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property <br /> line a minimum of 65 feet. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505 . 7) <br /> j . SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of <br /> which may be a free-standing sign, shall be permitted for <br /> the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710. 5) . <br /> Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of <br /> the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. <br /> All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of <br /> five feet from any future right-of-way line, including <br /> any corner cut-off (snipe) . FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Fire Code <br /> requirements have been identified as being applicable to <br /> this project. Other requirements may also apply. <br /> ( 1) Type of Water Supply: Water supply is allowed to <br /> consist of reservoirs, pressure tanks, elevated <br /> tanks, water mains, or other fixed systems capable <br /> of providing the required fire flow. In setting <br /> the requirements for fire flow, the Chief may be <br /> guided by Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> and/or NFPA 1231 Standard on water supplies for <br /> Suburban and Rural Fire Fighting of the National <br /> Fire Code.
