The property is located in the northeast corner of Paradise Road and
Interstate 205 near the city of Tracy. This study was done to determine if the subject site is
acceptable for a septic system which will function properly and pose no adverse environmental
impact to surface waters or to the underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the
requirements of Development Title Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance
Codes.
f,.
[2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The subject project is located east of the city of Tracy in a predominately rural area. It is near the
Tom Paine Slough. The zoning is currently for agricultural use (AG-40). The subject parcel is
currently established in alfalfa. The surrounding structures consist of very low density, single
family housing, agricultural production ranches, and dairies. Primary agricultural production is
alfalfa. The topography of the subject parcel is relatively flat with a declination toward the north.
Any proposed septic system on this parcel will not have to be designed to accommodate slopes.
There are presently no structures in the area of the proposed development.
_ Our reports and letters are submitted as the confidential property of our clients for their exclusive use.Any publication or reproduction of statements, conclusions or extracts from or
regarding our reports or letters is reserved, contingent upon the written authorization of Quality Control Inspection,Inc.
