The <br /> purpose of Regulation VIII is to reduce the amount of fine particulate matter <br /> (PM10) entrained into the ambient air from man-made sources. Specifically, the <br /> Rules within Regulation VIII that apply to your project are: Rule 8010 <br /> (Administrative Requirements), and Rule 8020 (Construction, Demolition, <br /> Excavation, and Extraction Activities). <br /> David L.
